The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Request Process

Photos or video clearly showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Once we receive your request, we will assess the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. In most cases, the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and sent via a suitable method based on your location and order.
Note: Since we only accept cash on delivery, refunds will not be issued to any card or online wallet.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please mention it in your return email.
Non-Returnable Items
